Hello neighbours! We've got a planning update from Bisham Drive this week, as a resident is looking to make some tweaks to an existing rear extension. It's a bit of a change to the roof and a bit more length to the extension itself, plus a new porch!
Variation of Condition 2 (Approved Plans) of planning permission 25/00522/FUL to extend the single storey rear extension to 6 metres and change the roof from a pitched roof to a flat roof with roof light. New front porch. My client would like to extend the rear extension by a further metre and change the roof from a pitched roof to a flat roof. The development hereby permitted must be carried out strictly in accordance with the following approved plan(s)/drawings/documents received on the 15 March 2025: ? Proposed Elevations OPT A-P04.
