The porch will be located on the side elevation of the dwelling, in the same position as the existing structure, with no change to its siting. There are no changes to access, parking arrangements, or the existing site layout. No new hard-standing, means of enclosure, or street works are proposed. Surface water drainage arrangements will remain as existing.
